“I have a strong interest in sport psychology and as a trainer invest effort on this aspect. If you can't see yourself achieving your goals in your head, it won't happen. The mind leads, the body follows. I believe in diet, not dieting. I emphasize effort and recovery at healthy intervals. I identify what works with an individual and employ that in a tailored training program. From gentle encouragement to hard core motivation. Let's make some change!”

I bring the personal experience of being overweight and inactive in my 30's, to becoming a healthy and fit person in my 40's. My latest accomplishment was to run a half marathon this past September. If you want it you CAN do it and I'd be only too happy to help you along the way.”
